3. Training Courses

• Course fees, group rates, and the 15% discount (from 10 attendees) are quoted at registration and confirmed by invoice.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
• Cancellation and refund terms are stated at the point of payment and in your confirmation email.

4. Intellectual Property

This website and its content are owned by Promote Advisors or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the applicable contract. You may not reproduce site content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwait law, Promote Advisors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
