The practice grew out of our consulting work. The frameworks we teach — Balanced Scorecard, KPI architecture, governance design, survey methodology — are the same ones we apply on client mandates, delivered by a Kaplan-Norton Certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner and certified trainer who lectures in management at PAAET.
