This Privacy Policy explains how Promote Advisors ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. Promote Advisors is a Kuwait single-person company registered under Commercial Registration No. 487591.

• Inquiry details such as the service of interest and project brief.
• Basic technical data (such as browser and approximate location from IP) used only for security and analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or training quote.
• To deliver services, confirm registrations, and send service-related emails.
• To improve the website and protect against abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with processors who help us operate — such as our email provider (Brevo) — strictly to deliver the messages you request. We may disclose information where required by Kuwait law.

4. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and registration records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Submissions made through the contact form, course registration form, or the website chatbot are stored in a secure database (Cloudflare D1) so we can follow up on your request and maintain a record of client enquiries. Stored fields are limited to the information you provide (such as name, organisation, email, phone, service or course of interest, and your message) along with basic technical metadata (language and country). We do not store full chatbot conversation transcripts.

5. Your Rights

Kuwait does not have a single, comprehensive personal data protection statute. Personal data is governed by a combination of instruments, principally the Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 20 of 2014) and its Executive Regulations, the Law on Combating Cyber Crimes (Law No. 63 of 2015), and the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA Decision No. 26 of 2024), which applies to CITRA licensees.

6. AI Assistant

Our website chatbot is an AI assistant that answers questions about our services. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat. Conversations may be processed by our AI provider to generate a reply.
